It made my phone run like crap, locked up constantly, ran extremely slow, etc.. Flashed back to 1.1.1 and everything normal. Decided to give it a second go, same thing, but this time I was able to launch Installer.app without locking up the phone (running really slow though.) Installer said It had an upgrade available.
