Oh my. I was imprecise. Oh the shame, the shame of being corrected by a guy who uses French typography in English sentences.

You can by upgrading to 1.1.2, then downgrading to 1.0.2, jailbreaking, activating, installing and running anySIM 1.2, upgrading to 1.1.1, jailbreaking, activating, installing OktoPrep, upgrading to 1.1.2 ... probably.

(Seriously, it doesn't even work reliably! Better wait till a more straightforward method appears.)

How do I use the ./bbupdater -v command in putty to check my bootloader version ? Although I have an AT&T launch model, which should have the older bootloader, I would just like to check anyway. If anyone can tell me it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

If you need anySIM DO NOT DO THIS. Upgrading will leave you unable to execute anySIM, unless the phone has been unlocked in iTunes.

I repeat: This is only for iPhones unlocked via iTunes!
