you are right. we need nullriver or someone to crack this firmware. downgrading the baseband is too much of a hastle and can be done incorrectly by some noobs (no offense).

ok we need someone to figure out how to jaibreak firmware version 1.1.3. I have done extensive research and experimentation with downgrading and trying to get the ‘phone’ part of the iPhone to work. It looks like what developers need is to work on jaibreaking firmware 1.1.3 somehow.

It will be ok. i when for the f*** of it and bought one and took it home and check the firmware using the dialing trick (prefs:1f) and it was 1.1.2

when you use iphone with unlock you must don’t update & if you brother’s iphone was virgin,he can’t activate & unlock it yet.

i have recently upgraded to 1.1.3 on my ipod touch and now cannot restore back to 1.1.1. Can this be fixed now or will 1.1.3 firmware have to be hacked first? thanks

I think the OTB will be in all stores by the end of this month unless if u order from apple directly
