Does it let you put apps on the iTouch / iPhone? WITHOUT JAILBREAK???

no, to install apps it will need to be jail broken.

Using iPhone v1.1.4 FW. this program will not allow me to copy files over to the iphone. has anyone been able to do it??

It would be nice if file copy (to/from PC or mac) preserved file dates and times.

my bad, was trying to drag n drop instead of copy file to device. however pics i copied are not showing in camera roll?
