I will quite happily acknowledge their inability to even maintain a landline service (over 30 days without connection) and will provide proof of double charges undue disconnection (on mobile serrvie) alongside extended'assistance calls' coupled with 'lost' telephone agreements to enforce terms and conditions that have never been agreed upon.
