WinPwn 2.0 has just released, you can now jailbreak your iPhone EDGE/3G on a Windows PC - easier than before.
WinPwn 2.0 Features:
- Support for both 1.1.4 and 2.0
- Custom Image Support
- Custom Payload Support
- 3g iPhone support
Quick WinPwn 2.0 How To:
- First create a custom IPSW using the IPSW Builder.
- Click “Ipwner” and browse for the custom IPSW that you just created. This will pwn itunes and allow you to flash Custom IPSW files via DFU mode
- Once you have pwned Itunes, put your phone into DFU mode. If you don’t know how to do this click Here.
- Once you are in DFU mode Itunes will pop up and then you can hold shift and click restore and browse to your custom IPSW file.
Notes:
- Remove Winpwn 1.0 completely if you have it installed. Installing over the top of WinPwn 1.0 will cause problems.
- Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes ( Currently 7.7)
- If you already have service with iPhone’s official carrier, do not activate or install Youtube Fix

can u jailbreak it if u already upgraded to 2.0 or do i have to downgrade to 1.1.4 ???

i mannaged to jailbreak my iphone 3g but i cant get a phone signal. i am on a 02 contract, when i restored to the normal firmware i had the signal, but not under the custom firmware. any ideas
sooo i keep getting error 1600 or 1602 everytime i try to restore with the custom firmware

Remeber if u are on AT&T DO NOT select “youtube fix” or “activate phone”
hi i jsut upgraded to 2.0 now i want to jaiblreak it using winpwn when i click on advance it doesnot selects rest of option jsut activate phone and no wipe none rest of them is working can u help me to sort it out thnaks
Oh Noes! Quick! In b4 da lock! Firmware 2.1 is on iTunes soon and you’ll have to wait longer for that to be unlocked!
I TRY TO RESTORE BUT GET ERROR 1601 OR 1602 WHAT DO I NEED TO DO
perfect! worked great…. the first version of pwn for the older FW version never worked for me, but this one did like a charm! no if only customize and summerboard were on 2.0 id be in heaven!
