WinPwn has released a patch release on their 2.0 branch with WinPwn 2.0.0.3 featuring the following bug fixes:
- Cydia/XP/Writing root FS bug.
- Failed to remove ipsw directory after a ipswBuild failure.
- iPwner now only accepts custom ipsws.
- Remove 345 ipsw support. WinPwn only supports 347 2.0 ipsw’s.
- Various other fixes.
Features we can expect in the next release:
- Parition resizer
- Auto updater
- DFU Helper function/Wizard mode

love the site..thanks for constant updates
my question is..i know pwnage allows us to jailbreak the phone and all..but whats the point of doing this right away when theres no 3rd party software available anywhere? on top of that, lets not forget future apple firmware updates may block the phone from functioning properly..am i missing something here?
icon customization still requires you to jailbreak, i assume many people jailbreak to do that.
also, thanks alias i was aiming to update my winpwn post
and that’s why I keep a copy of the current official firmware to go back to just in case.
