I dropped my I phone. So, it's the common story screen went grey and white with the occasional vertical stripes. Apple was gracious enough to offer a full price new phone. These guys gave me a quote over the phone at about 11:45 pm. It cost far less than a new phone and it was absolutely the cheapest deal in the area.( because my glass didn't actually break) . So I took the phone in the next day and the very kind and friendly staff replaced it as i waited. It took a half an hour. The guy who helped me was smart and I even got a screen cover. These guys are great I would recommend them to everyone. Oh, the phone works perfectly well. It apperantly needed a new lcd screen. That's all.‎ iFIX Inc.

Somehow my daughter broke the USB port on here 8 month old I-Phone. I went to Apple and they said it was not under warranty and the only thing I could do would be to buy another one for $199. Apple does not stand behind their products. I went to the AT&T store in Stamford Ct where there is a guy who is very knowledgeable and I always go to if I am having a Phone related problem. I asked him if there was anything I could do to fix the I-Phone and right off the top of his head he said Quick Fix. I drove to New York at 4:00 arrived by 5:00 went to the Quick Fix office which is almost right across the street from the Empire State Building. I was a little skeptical at first since they were not a store front(On the main street) but I figured what did I have to lose. Went to their third floor office and met with one of the technicians and he looked at the phone and said he could fix it. I told him I was on a time constraint( 1 hour) and he said he needed to make sure they had the part and if they did then he would try to do it in time. So I gave him the phone and left and went to starbucks across the street. I received a call in 50 minutes that he was done and it was working again. My daughter was elated and I was just as happy. Excellent job and excellent service. QuickFIX Inc.
