It doesnt look like the program is working properly.
The process of building a custom f/w stops w/o an explanation or an error and there is no new f/w created.

I wonder what is going on. I have all the necessary files.

Can anyone help, I’m looking for a way to upgrade to 2.0.2 from 2.0 without updating the baseband because I may want to unlock in the future.

I think pwnage does it but I’m using windows.

    Thank you.

    iPhone 3G 2.02

Just tried it, didn’t seem to do anything, so I tried again with the custom boot and restore screens… nothing… it doesn’t appear to have done anything at all.

How do I use iTunes to upload the custom firmware, perhaps that is my issue?

    • KnightFire says:

      With Rogers in Canada.

      • VMan says:

KnightFire you have to put your phone in DFU Mode (search google Iphone DFU Mode) then shift click restore when you load itunes. After that fine the new firmware file pwnage created and wait until its done.

  9. KnightFire says:

That was it! Hold the shift key down on iTunes to select the new custom firmware! Thanks!
