With the recent events of Engadget’s writer Thomas Ricker questioning the iPhone Dev Team’s relevance with the following sentence;
…the growing list of useful applications in the AppStore coupled with the global retail availability of the iPhone (and lack of a 3G unlock) makes PwnageTool less and less relevant with each passing day.”
One of our users put together this humorous video, it shows just how truly relevant the iPhone Dev Team is and why jailbreaking still matters.
I’m going to go install some third party apps and drink some Hacker Bombs!

totally agree, pwithout unlocking is it no more than this video.

Might help if a video actually was there?
lmao everyone go search my new haircut in you tube and watch as many as u can
WTF??? That was the stupidest thing ever and did nothing about saying why hacking is still needed on the iPhone.
u see kdb, let’s do some math.
is it about feeling you have installed some 3rd party app that is no more tan 25 usd in the worts case. Or being pushed to have a contract, and not having even teh possibility to play some costs around by taking cheaper abo. and what u have to understand, on the moment dev team will make in public they have hacked teh unlock too, the prices on the black market will drop heavely.
it is about money, and that what decides teh relevance and not about being fancy.
