yeah, it’s not illegal to hack the iPhone. Nor unlock it either, I believe in the US by law you have right to unlock YOUR phone. I’m not a lawyer but i’ve heard that from many people with legal backgrounds.

Why would someone be stupid to pay for something that the dev team offers for free? If someone wants to pay the stupid guy thats their fault for not researching and finding out its free. Besides saying you have a copyright and actually owning the copyright is totally different. What is it 10% different and its legal?

What a bastard. I hope someone with a legal background in the UK can advise them on shutting down this jerk. If he(?) was just offering a service in his own store for a nominal fee, I wouldn’t mind. But selling someone else’s work, especially when it’s given away for free, is just a rotten thing to do.

It’s not illegal to hack the IPhone, but it is illegal to pirate the App Store apps that cost money. If you break you contract, all that happens is you have to pay a fee and then the Iphone is your and you can do whatever to it.
