TV.com has released a application on the App Store and if you’re in the US you can stream full TV shows and clips of TV shows right on your iPhone or iPod Touch! TV Shows available for full episode streaming include: CSI: Miama, NCIS, Star Trek: The Original Series and more. The video quality isn’t great, it’s sort of YouTube video quality… yeah, crappy quality but it’s very much watchable. You can stream this video via Wi-Fi (obviously), 3G, or even EDGE which is awesome if you like waiting a couple of hours to load 5 seconds of video.

I wish they had some of the more popular and cooler shows avialble for full episode streaming, such as The Office (It’s not even on the list and it’s understandable since this app is from CBS), My Name is Earl (again, not even on the list), Ghost Whisperer, The Big Band Theory, Weeds and etc. but they sadly don’t.

Free iPhone for Everybody! yay! —Softbank, the official iPhone carrier in Japan, is offering new members a free 8GB iPhone 3G or a 16GB for ¥11,520 (approx. $120) when they agree to sign up for a two year contract for basic, premium, or student plans as part of their “iPhone for Everybody Campaign”. However, like always, nothing is free. Instead of paying up front, users have to pay an additional ¥480 (approx. $5USD) on each monthly payment as part of the plan. gah! Well, it’s better than paying $200USD plus taxes all up front, right?

They have also dropped the price of the most expensive plan from ¥5985 (approx. $62USD) to ¥4410 (approx. $45USD) to make it more attractive. The promotion will last until the end of May of this year. Not bad, eh?

iBluetooth is a neat application that will allow the end-user to transfer files to and from their computers to an iPhone – Hell yeah! you heard right! Bluetooth transfer on iPhone! MeDevil, the creator of iBlueTooth has come final bug squashing to do and this app will be released.

Apple currently does not allow an app such as iBluetooth to do this (Stupid Apple) so don’t expect this app to be made available on the AppStore, this application will be most likely released on Cydia.

Stay tuned! We’ll let you know when this hits Cydia!

This is a very good idea. Instead of organizing your applications directly on your iPhone or iPod Touch, why not do it on your PC or Mac via iTunes with the comfort of using a mouse. I believe using a mouse to do app organizing would be much more easier than using your finger on the iPhone or iPod Touch especially when you have tons of pages along with tons of icons/apps

Watch the video and let us know what you think!

In addition to the $99USD Refurb iPhone offer by AT&T post, Best Buy seems to also be having a little nice sale on iPhone for Reward Zone members. This deal is only available in-store and not online unlike the AT&T refurb $99USD iPhone which is online only. Best Buy is offering Premier Silver Members $100USD off a brand new Apple iPhone 3G. Wow, what a deal right? You can buy yourself a nice 8GB iPhone for $99USD or a 16GB iPhone for $199 — Originally, 8GB model sells for $199 and 16GB model for $299

Regular Reward Zone Members get a deal too, though not as awesome as those with Premier Silver but it’s still a really good discount.
For the regular Reward Zone members, you get a $50 USD discount, so iPhone 3G 8Gb will be $149USD from $199USD and iPhone 3G 16GB will be $249USD from $299USD – not as grand as $100USD discount but hey, it’s better than nothing right? Right.

Offers available in store Sunday, 2/22/09, through Saturday, 2/28/09. So, hurry and run out to your local Best Buy and grab your shiny new iPhone 3G and jailbreak it using some sweet iPhone 3G Hacks provided by iPhone-Hacks.com!

Note: This offer may only be available in the United States only.

Yep, that’s right! You can get a brand new Refurbished iPhone from $99USD from AT&T. Unfortunately, this is online only but if you’re willing to use your credit card then by all means go for it!

Refurbished phones are previously owned devices that have been unused or lightly used and returned during the 30-day trial period. Each refurbished phone is independently quality tested and loaded with the latest software to meet current factory standards. Some refurbished iPhone 3G devices will have minor scratches.

Regular not refurb iPhones go for $199USD for the 8GB model and $299USD for the 16GB model
Refurb iPhones go for $99USD for the 8GB model and $199USD for the 16GB model a $100USD discount, not bad eh?

Interested? Well, you can buy your refurb iPhone at AT&T’s website (Here)

Despite all the anticipation for turn by turn GPS navigation on the iPhone, an application that does just that already exists on the AppStore. XRoad Co.’s G-Map U.S. West and G-Map U.S. East apps were released back in October and January. The application seemed to slip under Apple’s strict radar and got published on the AppStore.

The G-Map application is the first on-board GPS navigation solution to be made available for iPhone and iPod Touch download. This cutting-edge GPS-enabled application features an intuitive user interface with functions essential to the mobile consumer. Unlike other network mobile navigation services, there is no monthly fee involved and it makes instant route guidance without interruption. No internet or wi-fi connection needed to get you to the desired destination.

I instantly got intrigued by the application and put it to the test. I tested it on my iPhone 3G and drove around town for awhile and it works almost flawlessly. The application provides turn-by-turn directions (distance countdown to each turn) by way of GPS. Local points of interest (Food, Fuel, etc.) can be found, addresses can be searched, routes can be edited, detours added, and types of roads can be avoided (highways, toll roads, etc.). If a turn is missed, the route is recalculated. The application is said to even provide 3D images of major intersection, I am unable to confirm it actually does. Despite everything the application does flawlessly, voice prompts are no where to be found to let you know what street to turn to without having to look at the iPhone screen.

Weighing at a hefty 800-900MB, you need some serious free space to be able to install this application, all the maps are built-in onto the application so if you drive into a town where you have absolutely no Wi-Fi, EDGE or 3G then you can still get your maps without driving around without directions.

Each region costs $19.99 USD (East US – iTunes link or West US – iTunes link) – A Europe version is coming soon

G-Map is available on the AppStore:

Hey guys & gals, you may remember that we covered JuiceDrop by RipDev a few weeks ago. In case you don’t remember, Juicedrop is the easy utility that enables you to transfer files to your iPhone or iPod Touch via USB without any type of iPhone Hacks or iPod Touch Hacks this includes iPhone Jailbreaking.

JuiceDrop is a completely free utility for Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows allowing you to painlessly upload any files to your iPhone by just dragging them over the JuiceDrop window. No Wi-Fi required! You can configure the mapping for file types you drag on and appropriate folders on the device

This update is for Mac OS X only and it fixes the following:

  • Fixed a bug with adding of new file types.
  • Fixed a bug with case-sensitive comparison of file types when uploading to the iPhone.
  • Added automatic Software Update checking.
  • Path settings are saved per-protocol now.

It’s recommended you get the new version and update.

You may download Juicedrop v1.1 from our iPhone Downloads section:
