With Kali Anti-Piracy your application is being wrapped in the additional layer of protection engineered by experts in Mac OS X and iPhone OS architectures, giving potential hackers much harder time in achieving the precious “crack”. Moreover, we are constantly monitoring the current trends and news in the underground hacker communities to make sure Kali AP stays on top of the “competition”.

Compliance with the iPhone SDK

Kali Anti-Piracy uses only documented and allowed calls, therefore, it is fully compliant with the Apple iPhone SDK. Products protected with Kali AP are passing the Apple approval process and are currently successfully selling in the AppStore.

Kali Anti-Piracy isn’t free – it would be bad ass if it were – Look at the image above

Pricing Example:

Royalty fee is calculated based on the developer’s cut (70%) after Apple Inc commission (30%). Let’s take a look at how the royalty payment is
calculated by running a few examples.

  • You have a $0.99 product that was sold 2500 times in the past quarter. Your cut will be (2500 * $0.99 * 0.7) = $1,732.50. Based on the volume tiers
above, you are eligible for the discounted 4% royalty rate, which results in ($1,732.50 * 0.04) = $69.30 payable to Ripdev.
  • You have a $4.99 product that was sold 13000 times in the past quarter. Your cut will be (13000 * $4.99 * 0.7) = $45,409. Based on the volume tiers
above, you are eligible for the discounted 3% rate, which results in ($45,409 * 0.03) = $1,362.27 payable to Ripdev.

I use cracks to try apps, like Noise.io I used a crack, tried it, then deleted it and bought it, I still use it! some ppls tho use cracks to fill their iPhone without ever buying it, this would be good for that, still what a ripoff! that really sucks for devs they feel like they have to and then end up losing money becasue of it. or not gaining as much.

It definitely seems a little mafia-esqe…”we’ll protect you…the little guy…but you’re gonna pay us for that protection”. Perhaps Apple should be beefing up their security stance on the security of apps…after all…they are already taking 30% for commission and maintenance of the app store.

All that said, thus more reason to jailbreak your iphone. But I have to say, most of those apps on the App Store that you have to pay for are absolute crap. Just medicore devs looking to screw a quick buck out of John Q consumer. I do use cracked apps, but like ‘not a chance’ said, only to try then buy. Most of the better quality apps have lite versions or demos so you can test them out. And as for Kali-anti-piracy, I’m sure there will be an easy workaround for that soon after most apps are released with it. Definitely a waste of time and money for devs to use it.

B$!!!!
That thing’ll be cracked in no time.
One of their arguments is they have protected their own apps with it. But guess what.. THEY ARE ALREADY CRACKED! x.x;
Also, no one even likes their apps. What kinda bs is this?
Kate messed up so many phones its a shame that its still available.

Anyhow.. I doubt this will prove to be effective. I really do.

Oh well… Long live the iPhone DevTeam and iPhone JAUing! :D

The Operator.
