Hey ya'll. Just like the title says I'll teach ya how to do it.
But am saying it right now. I dont take ANY credit for this other than bringing this to light on iPhone-Hacks.
I got this off youtube and I'll post the link later.

Now, first add this source to Installer: http://ride4.org/shai.xml

Let it refresh.

Go to Install and scroll down to Sources.

Tap the one saying something bout all sources or something. Cant remember the name. But it'll be on the top of the list.

Once its done, refresh once or twice.

Warning!: Duplicates MIGHT occure.

Note: I suggest you do this on your free time cuz it'll take a while.
Note: I suggest you also go down the sources one at a time and delete what you dont want such as French sources or Japanese sources and the like.

Warning!: Refreshing will take a while after adding all of these sources (About 130).

And as far as I can see on my own iPhone, I got TONS of untitled sources. I havent checked the Install list yet, but I think its safe to assume that everything is all good.
