Re: Iphone Application/Software and themes

Just want to clarify, eventhough my Iphone v1.0.2, will I use AppTapp for installing applications?
Or should I jailbreak first my Iphone before doing so?

Is this AppTapp safe to use? Im afraid it will brick or lock my Iphone...

Pls help...

@Rabbani:
           From what I can tell is that you accidentally upgraded your firmware to 2.0. If you have a Mac available you can try out the new Pwnage app that will jailbreak/unlock original 2G iPhones, which I'm taking you have. If you don't have a Mac then I would suggest finding someone who does or just sit tight until the latest version of Winpwn comes out. There are ways of getting back to 1.1.4, but you might have to improvise a bit.

2x 2G iPhones Firmware 1.1.4 (Both Original Firmware v1.0)
Activated/ Jailbroken/ Unlocked on T-Mobile
Tools: WinPWN, iLiberty+, Pwnage
Windows Vista Ultimate x86

Re: Iphone Application/Software and themes

@SmokePSP: Exactly what are you doing right now? I suggest using iLiberty JAU your phone. Thats Jailbreak, Activate and Unlock your phone. Whether your on Mac or PC.

@Rabbani: Perhaps using the method we always used to downgrade will help? Try kicking the device into DFU mode and see if a downgrade-restore is possible. If you dont know who to do that, we'll assist you. wink

@Severed: Did you try the tool? I couldnt cuz am on PC. If you did, how was it?
