iphone in the philippines
hi! im new here!! and i just wanna ask a few questions....
i bought my iphone from ebays it unlocked, im using a local simcard here in manila which is globe network. my iphone is a 8gig 1.0.2 unlocked iphone got lots of 3rd party apps in it. pretty cool.
now this is my question. i saw that 1.1.2 is already unlocked and out, and im just wandering if i could upgrade mine. and ofcourse use my local simcard. would this be possible? i dont wanna brick my iphone or sumtin so i would really appreciate if sum1 could help me. thanx in advance for the replies!

its much easier to upgrade to 1.1.1 and unlock it then to upgrade to 1.1.2 since u can just use appsnapp.
p.s. i lived in manilla for about half a year and dont get it stolen lol
