Hi I'm having trouble using this method to install the apps. I'm using mac osX i tried several different ssh apps (transmit,fugu,cyberduck) set the permissions to 777 checked off recursivly (where allowed) created the "Documents" folder in “/private/var/mobile/applications/” & in “/applications/”. Also read elsewhere that the permissions should be "775" and not "777" but only "777" for the documents folder's anyway I've tried both. Also found an Alternative method involving itunes & editing the“/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileInstallation.framework” folder,....and still no luck I do full reboot on the phone after every change, I'm able to get the app on the phone but when I try to open it a get this message "The application Monkey Ball cannot be opened". I've looked everywhere posted a few place's and so far nothing. Has anyone using a Mac got this to work for them? please if someone could help me I'm going crazy here oh BTW yes it is a jailbroken 2.0 3g, yes I have cydia installed,yes I have open SSH, and yes I've tried different apps (I have lots of them) I will share the "netshare" app to whoever wants it (that's the tethering app that apple removed after it's 2 day bizzare run) Well ThX to anyone that took the time to read my post and if you have the answer I would greatly apreciate it !!!!

if yuu get cannot b opened its because u havent added a actual (no cracked) app either pay or free to your iphone and ran it atleast once...

Alright. Now 'I' have a question. Why cant you guys just use the friggin search function which is there to be used by the way, not a decoration of some sort nor was the developer adding it for fun?
And some of you keeps on breaking the rules over and over again. I know I do it myself when use some adult words, but thats not the same as having the forum or perhaps the entire iPhone-Hacks.com website because of some illegal copies of some GAME apps? Not even apps that you need to use for your own personal life, but rather to play for five minutes. Is that worth losing the forum? Maybe to the guys who just registered for this crap, but me, I think not.

what if i got an IPA game how do i go about installing it???
i followed the step on the previous page but didnt work?? i copied my folder i got into the applcation folder then renamed it to Folder.app then created Document folder and all is at 775 and nothing happened
