Hi, I'm having a bit of trouble with tethering 1st gen iphone to a pc running (xp), firmware is 2.0.2
jailbroken with qwkpwn. I've tried other tuts with no luck mainly the part about "terminal on desktop" please help. keep in mind you're helping someone that took a week to figure out how to jailbreak using qwkpwn ya I'm that sloooooooooow. so as much detail as possible please.

2nd question is, assuming i get everything up and running does that mean i can go to a lake with cellular signal and tether it to my laptop and surf the net or is that something else.

then you might want to try Netshare out
