Bricked iPhone G2 - Error 1604 in iTunes on four Macs
... hi there ...
... i have a brick problem with the iphone G2 ... after i have tried to make an update from firmware 1.1.4 to 2.0.2 with PnageTool 2.0.3.1, iTunes 7.7 reported an error 1604 (other tries had error 1600). Since that the phone hangs around with the apple logo and the rotating circle but doesn't boot up any more and also can not be turned of ... i can get into DFU restore mode as well as in normal restore mode ... i have tried to make this firmware update on 4 macs with always the same result ... i have also tried with the original apple firmware: error codes are still the same ...
... now i am really desperate ... isn't there anyone who can help with this case ...?
