Not natively.
It's a 3rd party application. Called MobileChat or Apollo

There is also various sites. like meebo.com

i use agile mobile (AM) it has them all and works great plus it's free

Palringo from AppStore works really well and is free...has AIM, YAHOO, and MSN as well as a few other popular ones. It doesn't have landscape keyboard, but you can send pics, voice, and text through it.

Chat apps on the iphone are kind of pointless unless you just keep it running isn't it? If you go back the the dashboard, or run another app it closes chat right?

It would be nice if there were a chat app that would log messages while you were "offline" so when you started the app back up, you could see messages you missed while the program wasn't running.
