"Friday is the day"...iPhone OS 2.1...tomorrow!
...is what an Apple rep just told me when I called Apple support, when I asked him about it.
I fail to get excited anymore, as the previous two updates to the original 2.0 were pretty worthless.

Well those were bug fix releases, anything that has a third number 2.0.2 won't add any new features. New features arrive in the second digit 2.1 that means you can only expect bug fixes in a 2.1.1 release in the future.

Longer battery life is win, apparently copy and paste is win
I haven't had a problem with dropped calls, but if they're fixing that too it can't be a bad thing
