clarification req for custom firmware
I was facing some problems with 2.0 so i downloaded iphone 2.1 custom ispw. Its downloaded in .zip format, I renamed .zip to .ipsw format. Then i downloaded iTunes 8 and brought iPhone to recovery mode. iTunes recognised 2 folders from the zip file when i tried to restore (1) .fseventsd and (2) Firmware. I couldnt find any file with .ipsw in the entire download to restore. My iPhone is in recovery mode and i have no idea to proceed to next level. Please help.
