Hey dudes jus wondering

Are the two speakers meant to work together?
Only my left speaker is working is that
Meant to be normal?

The left speaker is working when I play some music on the music player

Can anyone shed any light on this?

The speaker quality of the old iPhone was even worse than that of the average phone and Apple has fixed this problem on the iPhone 3G. The speakers of the new iPhone are much better than the ones used in the first iPhone.
